Course Description

Under the patronage of the Protocol Department - Dubai, The Protocol School of Washington offers an adapted version of the acclaimed Protocol Officer Training. The International Protocol Manager Training was developed and adapted to cater to the MENA region and international audience through relevant course content and activities. The course's different name reflects the preference of U.S. graduates to be trained as protocol officers and those outside the U.S. to be trained as protocol managers. This five-day comprehensive training provides a dynamic and interactive learning experience through expert instruction, guided exercises, and coaching which provide a thorough foundation in the fundamentals of operational protocol.

Measure of Performance

A 90% attendance rate is required of all participants and a 70% or above on daily end-of-day quiz and final exam. This course is strictly Pass/Fail. The Training Manager, in conjunction with the course facilitators, will observe and evaluate your participation, along with your quiz grades, to determine if you understand the material and if you pass or fail the course.
